Tattoo Appointment Bookings

  • Deposit Policy: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for each appointment to secure your booking following a successful consultation. This deposit will be credited toward the cost of your tattoo when you arrive on the scheduled day and time. Please note that each appointment requires a separate deposit.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Please notify us at least four days before your appointment to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps us manage our artists’ schedules and availability for all clients.


Gift Cards

  • Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable. They can be used to book appointments or purchase products, offering flexibility for our clients.
  • Expiration: Our gift cards do not expire, ensuring you can use them at your convenience.


Product Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition and packaging. We inspect returns to ensure these conditions are met.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain personal care items cannot be returned due to their nature.


Refund Process for Products

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Initiation: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • Investigation: If you haven’t received a refund, please recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Assistance: If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Shipping Returns

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Recommendation: For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.
