At Evolving Ink, we value clear communication, collaboration, and a no-ego approach. We’re seeking an artist who demonstrates:

• Art & Tattoo Experience with Passion: We prefer someone with a strong background in art who has transitioned into tattooing – a true artist at heart.
• Good portfolio: Impress us with your art and tattoos.
• Reliability & independence: Bring your supplies and find your way here.
• Client base: Bringing in your clients is imperative. We will help with marketing you but it is up to you to build and maintain your customer base.  
• Professional & drug-free: Serious about your work and free from drama and drugs.
• Down-to-earth: Stay real and ready to join our team.
• Team spirit & no egos: Work well with others, keeping egos aside.
• Eager to learn & grow: Always looking to improve your skills.
• Active on social media: A strong online presence is advantageous. We do not have walk-ins,  social media is one of the best ways to grow your customer base.  

We prefer artists with at least 2 years of tattooing experience, but exceptional art portfolios and client bases are also considered.

While not actively seeking apprentices, we always welcome interactions with passionate artists.
